By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Services

Halal. provides Halal certification consulting and coordination services for companies seeking Indonesian BPJPH Halal certification. Our services include:

• Free certification pathway assessment and advisory
• Documentation preparation and guidance
• SIHALAL application coordination and submission
• LPH audit coordination and scheduling
• BPJPH and MUI Fatwa process management
• Certificate registration and compliance support
• Renewal management and ongoing compliance monitoring

2. Nature of Our Services

We are a regulatory consulting and coordination firm. We facilitate the Halal certification process — we are not BPJPH, LPH, or MUI, and we do not issue Halal certificates ourselves. The final authority for issuing a BPJPH Halal Indonesia certificate rests solely with BPJPH.

Our free assessment provides guidance on the likely certification pathway, timeline, and cost estimate based on information you provide. This is an advisory opinion and does not constitute a guarantee of certification outcome or timeline.

3. Client Obligations

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your products, ingredients, manufacturing processes, and business
• Promptly supply all required documentation as requested by our team or by regulatory authorities
• Notify us immediately of any changes to ingredients, suppliers, or production processes that may affect your Halal certification
• Not misrepresent the Halal status of your products or use our assessment for any fraudulent purpose
• Comply with all applicable Indonesian laws, BPJPH regulations, and MUI standards

4. Fees and Payment

Initial pathway assessments are provided free of charge with no obligation. Fees for our coordination and consulting services are agreed in writing before work commences. Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Government fees (BPJPH, LPH audit fees, MUI fatwa fees) are charged at cost and are separate from our service fees.

5. No Guarantee of Certification

While we have a 98% first-approval rate across our client portfolio, we cannot guarantee that any specific product will receive BPJPH certification, as the final decision rests with BPJPH and MUI. We commit to providing expert guidance, diligent coordination, and best-in-class support to maximize your chances of first-attempt approval.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and guides — is the intellectual property of Halal. / ProductRegistrationIndonesia.com or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halal. and ProductRegistrationIndonesia.com shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or website
• Delays in certification caused by regulatory authority timelines, incomplete documentation, or factors outside our control
• Loss of business, revenue, or market access resulting from certification delays or denials
• Third-party actions including BPJPH decisions, LPH audit outcomes, or MUI Fatwa Committee determinations

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified to active clients in writing.
